          <title>Hydraulic Modellers (InfoWorks CS)</title>

          <description>Hydraulic Modellers are needed to work on the water side of the business of this leading global consultancy.

Main responsibilities:
	Hydraulic model building and verification including 2D modelling of surface water and wastewater networks
	Use of existing or new hydraulic models to help understand system performance and design enhancements to wastewater networks;
	Organisation and supervision of site surveys and checking the accuracy of survey results and information provided by clients.
	Feasibility study development and options appraisal.

Requirements:
	Degree qualified in an engineering or other numerate discipline with at least two years of relevant post-graduate experience;
	Experienced in using InfoWorks and a working knowledge of GIS tools and other relevant industry standard software for sewer network performance assessment;
	High quality report writing and analytical skills;
	Ability to manage time effectively to deliver modelling projects to the agreed programme and budget;
	Good team player with the ability to liaise effectively with other team members and third party stakeholders;
	Ability to understand cost / benefit issues and identify the most cost effective solutions;
	Understanding of the UK economic regulatory framework for the water industry is desirable.

	Must have between 5-12 years Estimating experience.
	Demolition experience essential.
	Groundwork experience advantageous.

As an Estimator you will be required to attend pre launch meetings and your role will be to assist with the companys business development with key clients as well as securing as much profitable work for the company as possible. You will work alongside a small estimating division and you will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

About the Candidate:
	Must have a strong drylining background, candidates will only be considered from large drylining specialists.
	Facade knowledge advantageous.
	Must have at least 5 years estimating experience.
	Minimum qualification of HND / HND.
	Must be hardworking and self-motivated.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be running major works and will have full commercial control. Your role will be to forecast the company cashflow, attend meetings with clients, interface with other construction professionals, submit monthly valuations and agree final accounts. You will report directly to the Commercial Manager.

About the Candidate
	Must have a strong drylining background, candidates will only be considered from large drylining specialists.

	Must have at least 6-10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
	Minimum qualification of HND / HND.
