An exclusive client to Anderson Young is looking for Planning Engineer. This is to work on a massive framework with the Nuclear industry but this will be focused on Heavy Civils. They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial division for projects in and around London and the Home Counties, the South East and East Anglian regions on groundwork's, residential infrastructure, roads and general civils schemes. Reporting directly to the managing QS this role will involve: * Managing contracts * Site measures * Valuations * Sub-contractor payments * Variation accounts * Contractual notice * Checking and assisting in the production of tender documentation * Preparation of pre-qualifications and monthly reports, forecasts and final accounts. Candidates must have experience at a similar level working for a civil contractor.
