Our client is a respected Civil Engineering contractor based in the North West with a nationwide customer base.  They have specific experience in Groundworks, Drainage and Highways projects and a healthy order book due to increased expansion nationwide.  They are currently looking for an experienced Foreman / Ganger to join their busy Lancashire site.

ROLE
*	Site supervision of up to 6 - 8 engineers.
*	Issuing daily work schedules with additional planning to meet site deadlines.
*	Coordination of site activity with other trades, including procurement of necessary plant.
*	Observe all appropriate H&amp;S to ensure safety of the team on site.

CANDIDATE
*	Previous, proven experience in a similar site management role.
*	CSCS / CPCS tickets ESSENTIAL.
*	Confined spaces ticket preferred.
*	Good communication and man management skills.

SALARY
