The civil infrastructure team in London is actively seeking to recruit an experienced Principal Engineer to work on challenging projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience of residential, industrial and commercial developments.
Experience in the preparations of Feasibility, Tender and Construction designs.
Concept and detailed design for Public Realms Works.
Concept and detailed design of Highway schemes (junction design) using DMRB.
Pavement design.
Design of building drainage.
Concept and detailed design for new developments.
Detailed understanding of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS).
Detailed understanding of Section 104 agreements.
The successful candidates will be degree qualified or equivalent and working towards membership of a relevant institution.

JOB SCOPE:
&amp;#61607;	Responsible for the financial budget aspects of projects. 
&amp;#61607;	Project manage small/medium size projects, including attending design/Client meetings. 
&amp;#61607;	The ability to manage and design technical aspects of small/medium sized projects with minimal supervision whilst working in a multi-disciplinary team. 
&amp;#61607;	Able to take responsibility for medium/large scale projects under the direction of a more senior team members. 
&amp;#61607;	Researching and writing formal reports and completing calculations. 
&amp;#61607;	Delegating and providing technical guidance to subordinates. 
&amp;#61607;	Working within the rules of the Quality Management Systems.
