Skillshare International is a UK registered charity, working to reduce poverty, injustice and inequality and to further economic and social development in partnership with people and communities throughout the world. We do this by sharing and developing skills and ideas, facilitating organisational and social change and building awareness of development issues.

Our development worker programme offers long-term (1-2years) placements in Africa and Asia, to professionals in education, medicine, engineering, business management and many other fields. We provide a modest living allowance, flights, accommodation and a medical insurance. There is also ongoing support available.
