Our client is a successful practice in North Kent established for over 30 years with an extensive portfolio and a good reputation locally founded on efficient, cost effective work, an ability to work with local councils where planning permission is required and considerable experience in Project Management. Specialised areas include but are not limited to Schools, Listed Buildings, Residential and Retail properties, Community and Care Homes and Industrial Units.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Applications are invited from qualified Architects with a minimum 10 years practice experience.
The successful applicant will have experience in several of the above areas or, in the event that they are themselves sole practitioners, be able to bring business to the practice which could result in an immediate Partnership and / or equity.

Salary: £40K-£45K pa plus benefits
