ADMINISTRATION MANAGER – SAUDI ARABIA – DIRECT HIRE

We are instructed to only submit to our Client candidates whose qualifications and experience match client’s specification. Due to Saudi Arabian visa requirements, passports must be ‘Western’, e.g. USA, EU, Australasia, Japan, and applicants cannot be over 60 years old.


Our Client, Major Civil/Building design and construction contractor is seeking an Administration Manager for their project in Saudi Arabia.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Requires knowledge of accounting, financial and tax principles plus working knowledge of related activities gained through specialized education, training and/or work experience of a progressively responsible nature. Requires working knowledge of business management concept and organization.
• Requires demonstrated supervisory skill commensurate with management level responsibility.
• Requires demonstrated skill in using independent judgment to active assigned responsibilities.
• Experience with international projects and working knowledge of Controllers, Human Resources, camp administration, Office Services, procurement and related policies and procedures.
• Skill in working with and communicating effectively orally and in writing regarding all commercial matters. PC literate while experience in cost engineering is preferred.

JOB SCOPE:

• Main function is to relieve the Program Manager of its daily activities in the areas of finance, human resources, office services, procurement, security matters and camp operations.
• Reports to and works under special direction of the Program Manager.
• Assists the Program Manager in coordinating Work Plan development, staffing plans, financial matters, security and camp operation issues with respective department managers or entities including matters related to client’s reviews and issues.
• Supervises the Project Accounting Supervisor who is responsible for the accounting activities of the Saudi Arabian Project; supervises the Camp Manager in the operations and maintenance of project camp facilities; coordinates with Security Officer on security-related matters; coordinates with the client’s General Services Department in the handling of office facilities, office furniture, equipment, reproduction and supplies.
• Coordinates/interfaces with the Human Resources Manager, who is responsible for all areas of personnel services.
• Executes Program Manager’s decisions by coordinating with department managers, project managers and their senior staff. Analyzes budgets and financial information. Performs special assignments as directed.
• Assists the Royal Commission as requested in matters related to administrative and financial aspects of the Project.
