Our client is a successful practice in North Kent established for over 30 years with an extensive portfolio and a good reputation locally founded on efficient, cost effective work, an ability to work with local councils where planning permission is required and considerable experience in Project Management. Specialised areas include but are not limited to Schools, Listed Buildings, Residential and Retail properties, Community and Care Homes and Industrial Units.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Applications are invited from candidates who already have experience as Building Technicians. Should have had 3 years experience in a similar position. Should be HND qualified.
The successful applicant will ideally have some experience in several of the above areas ie Schools, listed buildings, residential and retail properties, community and care homes and industrial units but this is not essential.
Salary: Negotiable plus benefits
