Senior Projects Manager North East To £50K + Benefits
With 70 years experience Our Client is proud to have built up a wealth of knowledge from a wide range of building and civil engineering projects, many of them high profile award winning schemes for national and international customers.
Following continued success and to compliment their existing teams they are now looking to recruit an Experienced Manager to work from their North East office.
You will have a successful track record of managing construction projects of up to c£20m although more typically contracts will be of £3 to £10m and across building and ideally civil engineering disciplines.
You may have been a resident Project or Contracts Manager on larger jobs or already providing a visiting contract management and support role to a small number of projects.
You will have a good working knowledge of the North East construction market primarily from Tyneside through to Teesside.
This position carries a competitive salaries matched to experience, company car or car allowance, Company contribution to pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement
