Job Description :
To work in conjunction with Centre Manager and support on:

* Prepare Letting particulars/Licence Agreements for Licensees (the occupiers)

* Marketing / Advertising / Promotion including updating Website & Social Media

* Arrange viewings & follow-up

* Maintain electronic & manual key records

* Update Schedule of Lettings

* Administer electronic door entry system & key fob issue

* Arrange signage orders for internal & external directory boards

* Advise Finance on dates/figures for new lets

* Monitor Licensee’s compliance with Terms & Conditions of Licence Agreement

* Check all Invoices & forward for payment processing

* Arrange repairs / decorations orders with Landlords

* Attend Site Meetings

* Manage bookings for Meeting Room

* Credit control

* Supervise / monitor cleaning & maintenance contracts

* Deal with day-to-day property management issues

* Observe Parking & Service Lane areas

* Monitor CCTV & report any issues

* On-Site Security and Health & Safety issues

* Weekly Fire Alarm Testing (including opening secondary gas supply)

* Fire Drills

* Liaise with Licensees

* Send updates / newsletters to Licensees

* Carry out daily inspection of building

* Check external refuse storage area, dealing with any issues

* Deal with all correspondence

* Deal with telephone / email and personal enquiries

* Mail / Parcel distribution

* Respond to Alarm calls during working hours

* Respond to Out-of-Hour mobile telephone queries & act upon them accordingly

* Program / set up new Alarm Codes / Demonstrate to new Licensees

* To attend occasional Kier Meetings in London
